The project

No website, no online booking – just a Facebook page and a full DM inbox

What Nicky needed wasn’t just a presence online, she needed a new system!

Something that would explain the concept of a privately-hired secure dog field to people who’d never heard of one (I hadn’t!), show them exactly what was included, clearly pricing and most importantly, let them book and pay for a session without a single message needing to be exchanged.

We built Happy Paws Outdoors a full WordPress website complete with homepage, about page, a dedicated field page, gallery and included pricing and FAQs throughout.

The online booking system was central to the brief and now dog owners can find an available slot, book, pay and receive instant confirmation at any time of day, without Nicky being involved at any step.

Within two weeks of going live, Nicky had four brand new customer bookings from the website, not through Facebook. The DM workflow is gone. The site handles it.

What changed

Running your bookings through Facebook? Let’s build you something better.

If you’re a local business relying on social media and DMs to take bookings, this is exactly the kind of project I love! A website that works around the clock, explains what you offer and lets customers book themselves in so you can focus on running your business and not answering DMs all day.
