From first conversation to first results, here’s what to expect

1. Select your package

Choose the plan that fits your needs, if you’re not sure, the FAQ below covers the common questions or you can send me a message and I’ll point you in the right direction.

2. On boarding

Once you’re signed up, I’ll get access to your site and get everything set up on my end – hosting migration if needed, plugin installs, backup configuration and security checks. You don’t need to do anything technical.

3. Put your feet up

From here, I handle everything quietly in the background. You’ll get confirmation when updates are done, and I’m always on hand if something needs attentio

If you haven’t worked with me before but have a WordPress site, please get in touch before signing up for WebCare so I can confirm it’s the right fit for your needs.

Yes, you can cancel WebCare at any time with written notice. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Half an hour is great for small tweaks like updating text, swapping out images or adding a new blog post.

An hour gives you more time for multiple updates or slightly more complex changes. If you’re not sure, I can help you estimate what’s needed before making changes.

No. The included support time resets each month. If you need more time for a bigger update, you can book additional hours.

Because WebCare is a service-based plan with ongoing work behind the scenes, refunds aren’t offered. However, you’re free to cancel at any time and your plan will continue until the end of your billing period.

Before you can start on a maintenance plan, your website needs to be functioning. I offer an hourly rate for website fixes, which I can do before you move onto a plan.
