Lorna Simpson built Marches HR to offer something different: HR consultancy that’s genuinely human. Her website didn’t show that though. Built on a DIY platform, it had grown over time, was functional enough but visually flat, hard to update and disconnected from the fresh, bright, branding and professional photography Marches HR had invested in.

From a DIY site that didn’t reflect the brand, to a website as warm and sharp as the business itself

What Lorna wanted wasn’t just a new design. She needed a site that could hold its own in a competitive professional services market, speak directly to small business owners and charities and carry the warmth and credibility that her clients already knew from working with her and her team. She also wanted to give HR a look that didn’t default to corporate grey.

We built the new Marches HR site in WordPress, a platform that gives Lorna’s team full control to update content, add new services and publish blog posts without needing my help each time.

The new site integrated her brand photography throughout, reflects the refined new Marches HR identity and is built with solid SEO foundations so the right, local, clients can find her. Every page is structured to convert: clear service pages that speaks to the real problems small employers face.

Marches HR now has a website they are proud to send prospects to – one that looks and feels like the business Lorna built, and that they can keep up to date themselves as Marches HR continues to grow.
